Job Description:
\We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Housing Development Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of housing developments, including cost planning, budget management, and procurement.
\The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in managing large-scale housing projects. You will need to be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the development team.
\Responsibilities:
\- Manage the financial aspects of housing developments, including cost planning, budget management, and procurement.\
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.\
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize costs and maximize returns.
Requirements:
\- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in housebuilding, with a focus on cost planning and budget management.\
- Degree in a relevant field, such as construction, quantity surveying, or a related subject.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
