About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our Outpatients team as a Healthcare Assistant. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including administering medication and vital signs monitoring.
  • Support the implementation of the care plan, ensuring that patient needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the Outpatients department.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an Outpatients environment.
  • Completion of the Care Certificate and relevant training.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
