We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Porter to join our team at Healthcare. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high standard of customer care and cleanliness, ensuring the smooth running of operations on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas, including the lobby and other designated spaces.
- Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff in setting up rooms and moving furniture as required.
- Handle reception duties, such as booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations, as needed.
- Respond to customer requests and provide assistance where necessary.
- Run errands and perform other tasks as required to ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers.
- Be adaptable and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Previous experience in delivering high-quality customer care and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Take initiative and make decisions that prioritize customer satisfaction and well-being.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional timekeeping and reliability, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations.
