Role Details

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Trainee Optical Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, booking eye tests, and providing style advice. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our customers.
  2. Book eye tests and schedule appointments with our optometrists.
  3. Assist customers in selecting the perfect eyewear and provide style advice.
  4. Measure frames and ensure a comfortable and secure fit.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
