Trainee Mortgage Advisor Opportunity

At Gascoigne-Pees in Leatherhead, we offer a structured and transparent progression path for our Trainee Mortgage Advisors. This role provides a competitive basic salary and a realistic OTE of £35,000 in the first year. You will receive warm leads, industry-leading training, and agile IT systems to support your success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss best practice and build relationships.
  • Conducting 2 to 3 appointments a day.
  • Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet your customers' needs.
  • Attracting new customers and business while being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.

Requirements:

  • A resilient, positive, and friendly can-do attitude.
  • A strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completion.
  • Motivation to be successful.
  • Always doing the right thing by the customer.
  • Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • A full UK driving license.
