Pipefitting Expert

Elevation Recruitment Group is pleased to announce a fabrication specialist opportunity with a leading fabrication business based in Rotherham.

This role involves working in the fabrication shop and nationwide as required, with accommodation and food provided for out-of-town assignments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Interpreting technical design drawings to inform fabrication work.
• Working with stainless and carbon steel materials up to 16 inches in diameter.
• Assembling mechanical products to exact specifications.
• Safely operating fabrication and power equipment, including grinders.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of fabrication work to CE standards.
• Ensuring adherence to hot work safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in welding.
• Certification as a pipefitter.
• Prior experience with rigging and slinging is an advantage.
• A valid forklift license or prior experience.
• Confined spaces training.
• RPE and BA experience.
• A current driving license.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £17.00-£19.00 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours worked. A full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, ensures a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package supports your overall well-being.
