Trainee Estate Agent Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our team in Kilmarnock. This role involves conducting viewings for our residential sales team in a branch setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maximising branch income and profitability
  • Meet personal targets set by your Manager
  • Carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner
  • Diary management
  • Local knowledge of surrounding areas

Requirements:

  • Customer Service or Sales experience
  • Ability to generate new business
  • Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving License and own vehicle
