We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our client's team on a part-time basis. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit function of the business, including setting up new accounts, agreeing credit limits, and collecting outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the sales ledger and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Collect outstanding debts and resolve any issues related to invoice disputes
- Work with a wide range of national organisations and local businesses to manage credit relationships
- Produce aged debtor reports to identify and address any potential issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in credit control and debt collection
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Our client offers a competitive salary and flexible working hours of 20 hours per week. You will also receive 25 days' holiday (pro rata for part-time) plus bank holidays and free parking.
