About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Housekeeper (Bank) to join our team at Anchor. As a Housekeeper (Bank), you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our care home, ensuring that our residents live in a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the care home, including bedrooms, communal areas, and laundry facilities.
  • Ensure that all cleaning products are used effectively and in accordance with health and safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant personnel.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or care role, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Good understanding of cleaning procedures and health and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
