About the Role

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will lead paid social, search, and display campaigns, optimizing performance on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You'll manage budgets, analyze campaign results, and use your insights to drive performance improvements. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate campaigns into broader marketing and PR strategies, making a significant impact on both our clients' success and the overall growth of our digital services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social, search, and display campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage budgets and optimize campaign performance to achieve desired results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate campaigns into broader marketing and PR strategies
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in paid digital marketing, including social, search, and display channels. You'll need an analytical mindset, with experience in data analysis and tools like Google Analytics to deliver actionable insights. Strong account management skills are essential, as you'll be handling multiple clients and projects with ease. We're looking for someone who stays current with digital trends and is eager to bring fresh ideas to the table. Experience in B2B sectors such as technology, financial services, or telecoms is highly desirable.

What We Offer

This position offers a salary range of £30,000 - £36,000, plus a performance-based bonus of up to 12% based on individual and company success.
