As a 10+ Year PQE Solicitor, you will take on a leadership role in our Corporate department, driving growth and development from Liverpool city centre. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in corporate transactions, commercial contracts, and other areas mentioned below.

You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, from local SMEs to large corporations, handling tasks such as:
  • Corporate transactions
  • Commercial contracts

  • Restructuring and partnerships


We have a robust business development model that ensures a consistent flow of work. In this role, you will initially focus on integrating into our team before transitioning to growing work and the team with the support of management and marketing. Expectations include reaching immediate partnership status or being on the path to equity within a few years. Our firm values work-life balance, so you can enjoy a fulfilling life outside of work while staying engaged in a dynamic, supportive environment. The compensation package includes a salary of circa £90,000 - £110,000 and a range of benefits like a pension, bonus scheme, and customized healthcare plan.
