We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in providing exceptional cleaning and hygiene standards within our care homes.

The Role

  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and rotas to meet the needs of residents and the care home
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all areas of the care home
  • Ensure the laundry of residents' clothing is processed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Attend resident and relative meetings to provide updates and address concerns
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of cleaning supplies and equipment
