Lead Early Years Educator

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is up to £28,750 per annum for full-time, 40 hours per week. Part-time hours may be accommodated. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 30 days after 5 years service, birthday off, 70% off childcare at Kido, £500 refer a friend bonus, enhanced sick pay, annual performance-related pay increases, and career progression opportunities.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido Nursery & Preschool Bethnal Green. As a Lead Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives. Your primary focus will be observing and assessing your key children, working with the child, colleagues, and parents to set individualised goals, and delivering exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys within our nursery.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum. You will also need to have some experience in a similar role within a nursery or other childcare or educational setting. Your values must align with our 3 core values - Listen, Learn, and Lead. Additionally, you must hold the right to work in the UK.
