We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our Neurodevelopmental Team in Bedfordshire CAMHS services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist mental health assessment and intervention to children and young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for children and young people with neurodevelopmental differences and mental health difficulties.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy and positive behavioural reinforcement, to support children and young people in achieving their goals.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to provide a comprehensive and coordinated service.
- Develop and deliver training and supervision to other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and effective service delivery.
