Domiciliary Care Team Lead

We are seeking experienced Senior Care Coordinators to join our team in Hertfordshire, working closely with clients and support staff to deliver exceptional care services.
About the Role:
- This is a senior role that involves overseeing a team of support staff, ensuring all client calls are effectively managed and attended to.
- You will be responsible for organising rotas by matching support workers with clients efficiently.
- Our online scheduling system needs to be kept up-to-date at all times.
- You will participate in holding the on-call phone, providing 24/7 coverage for our clients.
About You:
- You should have previous experience in scheduling, ideally within the domiciliary care sector.
- A strong understanding of domiciliary care principles and practices is essential.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required.
- Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
