Job Overview:

The Primary School Educational Support Worker role at Teach Now offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on children's lives at a critical stage of their development. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team in this full-time, long-term position. Working closely with the class teacher, you will deliver a creative and engaging curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our students.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity requires a Teaching Assistant with a Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent) and experience working with children in an early years setting. You will possess a solid understanding of the EYFS framework, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting children's development and learning. Your ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment will be essential in helping us achieve our vision for outstanding education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities for small groups or one-to-one settings.
• Provide individualized support to students with varying learning needs, promoting positive behavior and encouraging social skills development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Observe and record children's progress, sharing insights with the teaching team.
• Promote opportunities for ongoing professional development and CPD training for colleagues.
