About the Role
We are looking for a personable and conscientious individual to join our Fazenda team. As a key member of our grill team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Your role will involve serving and carving a selection of our finest meats directly at the guests' tables, with a focus on providing an authentic Churrasco Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Serve and carve a selection of our finest meats, including sirloin, fillet, rump, chicken, lamb, pork, and ribeye.
- Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences, ensuring they receive a well-timed flow of perfectly presented meats.
- Ensure service control cards are continuously observed to enable an optimal experience for our guests.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring you can provide information about each meat and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
