Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Associate Consultant to join our Commercial Strategy or Market Access division. The successful candidate will play a key role in talent sourcing, screening, and placement activities, working closely with our Client Partners to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Client Partners with candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to assess their suitability, qualifications, skills, and interest in potential job opportunities.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Become an expert in sourcing high-quality candidates within the life science strategy consulting market.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our CRM system.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience within a 360 or 180 recruitment role or sales experience.
  • Resilient individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Motivated to succeed and driven by results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
