Craft Mixologist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Craft Mixologist to join our team at The Foundry Belfast.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create unique, handcrafted cocktails for our guests, using a variety of techniques and ingredients.
• Brew fresh coffee and other beverages as needed, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
• Set up and maintain the bar area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Record orders accurately and efficiently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service.
• Restock and replenish supplies regularly, ensuring that the bar is always fully equipped for every shift.
• Report any equipment issues to management, helping to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

What We're Looking For

• A passion for mixology and a flair for creativity in crafting unique drinks experiences.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and other beverages, with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
