About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Trauma-Informed Helpline Operator to join our team at Mountain Healthcare. As a Trauma-Informed Helpline Operator, you will provide critical support to individuals affected by sexual assault and rape.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. You will be working in our 24/7 contact centre, based in Braintree, where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Effective social skills gained from experience dealing with the public
  • Customer service skills
  • An understanding of the call handling and telephone triage roles
