About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes? We are currently seeking a Care and Support Specialist to join our team at North Yorkshire Council.
Salary: £12.38 per hour - £13.02 per hour, paid for the hours worked including travel and mileage (42p per mile)
As a Care and Support Specialist, you will work with service users to develop their skills and confidence to achieve daily independent living. This is an extremely rewarding role where you can realise the impact of the great work you do on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with service users to develop their skills and confidence to achieve daily independent living
- Maintain and improve independence enabling more fulfilled lives in their own homes
- Support people to do things for themselves again
