Job Title: Plant Inspector - Gloucester

Job Type: Full-time work, Minimum 10 Hour days

Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify significant hazards and risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with current knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance, adhering to PUWER/LOLER regulations.
  • Identify and report any faults or damage to equipment, ensuring prompt maintenance and repair.
  • Exercise strong attention to detail and accuracy, working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including General Foremen, shaft teams, and Plant Hire companies.
  • Record and document all plant inspections accurately using the SCS Plant Documentation system.
  • Develop and implement best practices in plant solutions, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Produce clear and logical check sheets to demonstrate best practices in plant maintenance.
  • Complete all documentation related to plant assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Valid relevant experience in assessing, conducting safety checks, and inspecting construction plant machinery.
  • CSCS/CPCS Card
