PSR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team on a 12-month contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and undertaking all mechanical works, as well as managing mechanical sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage mechanical sub-contractors
  • Assess the quality of work delivered by labour and sub-contractors
  • Attend daily meetings with management and other trades
  • Manage productivity and push the project towards completion

Requirements:

  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • Previous experience in industrial and commercial building services
  • Mechanical trade or engineering qualification
  • 5-10 years' experience working for mechanical contractors
  • Experience in commercial projects

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and a proven track record of managing projects and teams.
