Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Risk and Regulation Manager to join our Financial Services Risk and Regulation team at RSM UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing regulatory advice and guidance to clients in the financial services sector, ensuring they maintain compliance and manage risk in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery of client projects, including structured document reviews and gap analysis against regulatory requirements and industry practice.
  • Conduct client interviews and process walk-throughs, developing solutions and drafting reports and detailed recommendations.
  • Quality assurance review of work undertaken on client projects, ensuring approval in line with professional standards.
  • Assist in the delivery of Financial Conduct Authority Section 166 Skilled Persons engagements, including managing on-site teams and drafting the skilled person report.
Requirements
  • Degree level education in a relevant field.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of working in a regulatory practice, with knowledge of the financial services market and regulatory institutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
