BAART Programs is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Treatment Facility Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will provide direct support to clients and staff at our residential treatment center.

1. Client Support: Provide supervision and guidance to clients, promoting their recovery and well-being.
2. Medication Management: Monitor and document self-administration of medication, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
3. Urine Analysis: Conduct random urinalysis drug testing, maintaining records and reporting positive results as required.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of urine submissions, client data, and medication administration.
5. Communication: Collaborate with the Clinical Director and residential director to address any conflicts or concerns related to medication management or urine analysis.
6. Compliance: Adhere to all policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control.
7. Requirements: 6 months of behavioral health experience, valid driver's license, and current certification in self-administration of medication procedures.
