About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civils Project Manager to join our team at PSR Solutions.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing civils projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee the execution of civils projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and project timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Oversee and ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards, adhering to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all projects are conducted in a safe and healthy manner, complying with relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in civils or rail projects, with a strong background in earthworks and heavy civils.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Surveying, with a strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
