{"h1": "Product Development Manager", "p": "At Reed, we are seeking a Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our buying team, you will be responsible for developing product ranges and presentations that align with our brand identity and store values.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing product ranges and presentations that accurately reflect our desired image and value levels
* Utilizing historical data and trends to plan and implement product strategies that achieve sales and margin objectives
* Collaborating with our sourcing team to execute strategies for intake margin growth
* Driving front-end product development strategies across functions to meet deadlines for range planning and development
* Ensuring range plans, product briefs, design specifications, and fabric requirements are completed according to the critical path schedule
* Collaborating with our design, visual merchandising, and marketing teams to plan and implement window displays, photography, and range manuals
* Continuously reviewing product performance and trends to optimize sales and margins
* Maintaining a thorough understanding of our stores, competitors, opportunities, and threats through store visits and ongoing market analysis
* Providing effective management, evaluation, and development of our supplier base
* Supporting and coaching line reports
* Managing costs within agreed budgets and guidelines
