About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Support residents with limited mobility, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Take responsibility for the well-being of residents on and off site, providing a safe and supportive environment.
