Key Responsibilities:
- Proofread and review itinerary copy for brochures, guest documents, and web content for guided tours across the world.
- Maintain our internal copy-generation AI tool, ensuring each profile is correctly built and maintained to generate copy that adheres to brand standards.
- Deliver consistently high-quality content by adhering to set guidelines and procedures.
- Proactively resolve challenges as they arise, troubleshoot technical errors, and collaborate with team members for assistance when needed.
- Work closely with the Travel Experiences team and the wider TTC team to meet deadlines and coordinate projects.
About You:
- High attention to detail, excellent command of English, and experience in the travel industry.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Previous experience in copyediting and writing.
- Positive attitude with the ability to tackle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced environment.
