About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team at Imerys. As a key member of our purchasing organization, you will be responsible for implementing the Purchasing plans, within the framework of the BLI development project (including a new mine and a new plant). You will work in collaboration with Project Managers and Stream Leaders in purchasing activities (Capex & Opex) for our project, being involved in commercial bid tabulations, contract negotiations, and contract finalisation.

- Develop and implement comprehensive purchasing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.">
- Manage large tenders for equipment and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.">
- Collaborate with project managers and stream leaders to coordinate purchasing activities and ensure seamless integration with commercial bid tabulations, contract negotiations, and contract finalisation.">
- Evaluate and qualify suppliers, launch tenders, and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal value for the company.">

Requirements:

- A Master's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.">
- Strong experience in procurement and purchasing, with a focus on industrial equipment, engineering contracts, work contracts, indirect services, and contract negotiation.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.">
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.">
