About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Young's, a leading hospitality company in Surrey. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and daily specials
  • Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to drive sales and growth
  • Ensure effective controls regarding GP and labour

Requirements
