About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Operations Manager with experience in CRM systems to join our team. As a Housing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Dynamics CRM to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Implement and optimize Dynamics CRM to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain CRM processes to improve data accuracy and reduce administrative burdens.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on CRM system usage.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing CRM systems.
  • Strong technical skills, including data analysis and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
