About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric nurse to join our team in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in high dependency and intensive care nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective family-centred nursing care to patients and their families, ensuring that evidence-based practice is performed at all times. They will also be responsible for updating their knowledge and skills in line with Trust policies and procedures and the NMC code of professional conduct.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have NMC registration, a BSc or be working towards one, and experience in a relevant unit such as NICU, HDU, PICU, Theatres, A&E, or a tertiary unit. They will also have a willingness to develop their skills and knowledge in acute care and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
