We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our dynamic team at G2 Legal Limited.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Employment Solicitor to join our established team of two partners and contribute to the growth and development of our Employment Department.

You will advise predominantly executive level employees and corporate clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, leveraging your expertise to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong local connections to the Black Country or Sutton Coldfield areas, although this is not essential.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience working with commercial clients, primarily employers/respondents, and assisting senior employees
  • A strong employment practitioner ready to take their practice to the next level
