Job Description:

An exciting new role has become available at HARP, a leading business in the discount travel industry. We are seeking a Product Executive to join our team, working closely with the Product Manager to procure and organize contracts and promotions with resorts and hotels globally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising directly with current contracted resorts, assisting with promotions and marketing, and working across departments to train employees on product, marketing promotions, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure and organize contracts and promotions with resorts and hotels globally
  • Liaise directly with current contracted resorts
  • Assist with promotions and marketing
  • Work across departments to train employees on product, marketing promotions, and sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the travel industry

Requirements:

  • Some experience within the Travel Industry
  • Additional fluency in languages is a plus
  • Detailed-oriented, numerate, and commercially minded
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Good technology ability and knowledge of current software – spreadsheets, documents, etc.
  • Proven ability to work as a team player and play a leading role
  • Able to train employees on new product
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel to events and trade shows as needed
