Industrial Door Engineer Position Overview

Routine maintenance of door installations, including our own products, is a key responsibility of this role. The successful candidate will also be required to perform occasional repairs and parts replacements on door installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of door installations, including our own products
  • Occasional repair and parts replacement on door installations
  • Completing online service reports for finished works and recommendations to our Service team
  • Reporting to our Spares & Service Manager

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in maintaining industrial doors or a related field
  • Mechanical and Electrical engineering background
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • 18th Edition / Electrical qualifications
  • IPAF/DHF-trained
  • CSCS Card(s) with a strong understanding of working safely
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time (Monday - Friday), Permanent
  • Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00hrs; Friday: 07:30 - 15:30hrs
  • Daily travel and occasional overnight stays
  • Possibility of occasional overseas assignments
