Advanced Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Atlantis Medical Ltd.

Key Responsibilities- Delivering High-Quality Care: Assess, plan, and deliver tailored occupational therapy interventions to support patients with complex needs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding communication.
- Individualized Care Plans: Develop and implement personalized care plans to address physical, emotional, and social challenges, empowering patients to manage daily activities effectively.
- Educational Support: Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and carers on strategies to enhance independence and well-being.
- Documentation and Service Development: Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development initiatives, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- HCPC Registration: Mandatory registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Oncology Experience: Preferably experienced in oncology or working with patients with complex needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of cancer care principles.
- Assessment and Planning Skills: Excellent assessment and rehabilitation planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective individualized care plans.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Case Management: Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
