We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Community Stroke Team in Nottingham West. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering rehabilitation services to stroke patients in the community, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to stroke patients in the community, including assessment, treatment, and management of complex presentations.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous development of our services.
- Recognized Physiotherapy Degree Qualification
- Health Professions Council Licence to Practice
- Valid full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- A competitive salary of £35,392 to £42,618 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
