Role Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at Fitness First.



Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-quality group exercise classes that meet the brand's standards, creating a safe and invigorating environment for participants.


You will drive regular attendance to achieve performance standards, create engaging classes for all fitness levels, and upsell other class concepts, referrals, and promotions within Fitness First.



  • Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and best practices.


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:



  • A Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification (compulsory).
  • A Level 3 Fitness Qualification (highly desirable).
  • Les Mills Qualifications (highly desirable).
  • A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience (full-time or part-time).
  • An approachable, friendly, and engaging personality.
  • Adaptable, creative, and positively proactive mindset.
  • Ongoing development and knowledge in the fitness industry.
