Janitorial Professional

IJ FM Ltd is looking for a skilled Janitorial Professional to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces in assigned areas.
2. Using cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
3. Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
4. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness according to company policies and procedures.
5. Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
6. Driving to various locations as required for cleaning assignments, ensuring timely arrival at each site.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is desired but not necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license is beneficial for this position.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks are crucial for success in this role.

Salary Information: £11.44 per hour

Work Arrangement: Part-time (12 hours/week)
