The company is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead its expansion and growth. This is a senior role that requires a high level of expertise in managing staff, operations, and finances.
As the successful candidate, you will assume responsibility for all operations, overseeing contract delivery and identifying new opportunities. You will work closely with the owners to develop commercial strategies and ensure operations are delivered to the highest quality.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all operations, including customer success, contract delivery, and financial performance.
- Work closely with the owners to develop commercial strategies and ensure operations are delivered to the highest quality.
- Recruit and develop staff, including management of a growing team of 25-50 people.
- Analyse and report on financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a medium to large commercial business.
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude, self-direction, sense of urgency, and focus on results.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to deliver focused recommendations and direction to the organisation.
- Proven ability to design and implement clear operational plans in support of the company's strategic objectives.
- Developed team building and leadership skills, with proven ability to manage people and develop their full potential across a wide range of technical disciplines.
