Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Estimator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Senior Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Monitor the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs.
  • Assess the risk levels associated with a project
  • Prepare and submit quotations and details of costs for work to be done
  • Carry out research into the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour and equipment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and vendors
  • Read drawings, client specifications and provide a detailed scope of works with breakdown.
  • Other adhoc duties

Requirements:

  • +3 years experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrate contractual understanding of NEC contracts
