Job Summary:
Hunter Selection is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a proactive and preventative approach to health and safety across the business
- Ensure the company adheres to all legal obligations in the management of health and safety
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and risks
- Perform risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment
- Provide regular reports to the senior management team on health and safety matters
Requirements:
- NEBOSH general Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience in the construction, heavy plant, quarrying, or recycling sector
- Managerial experience with a proven track record of health and safety management
