Administrative Team Lead

At DSV, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for leading a customer-focused administration team, working closely with clients and warehouse supervisors to achieve delivery targets and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the administration team to ensure efficient operation in line with internal and external KPIs and best practices.
- Coaching and developing team members to meet their full potential, identifying future leaders and establishing a career path into management.
- Setting clear objectives, reviewing individual performance against KPIs and ensuring effective succession planning.
To be successful in this role, you will need 4 GSCE's or equivalent, 2 years of customer service experience, 1 year of team leadership experience, and 2 years' experience within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Red Prairie) and good team player skills are also essential.
