Marketing and Creative Manager

Assure Personnel is pleased to be supporting our innovative technology consultancy client, who deliver complex and critical projects to some of the most established companies worldwide. They are looking for an experienced Marketing and Creative Manager to join their team in Romford.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing efforts and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the company. You will have the autonomy to develop and execute strategic campaigns, work closely with the Directors and Sales Manager, and eventually build and lead a marketing team as they scale.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Collaborate with the Directors to shape the company's marketing vision and strategy
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Marketing and Creative Manager or employment in a similar role
  • Previous employment within a fast-growth technology company or consultancy
  • Experience with B2B marketing, digital marketing strategies, and SEO/SEM
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
