This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Service and Sales Team in Portsmouth. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Job Description:You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, answering queries, and selling new pet insurance policies. You will also maintain accurate records, produce customer correspondence, and liaise with veterinary practices and policyholders to settle claims.
What We Are Looking For:- A minimum of 1 year's customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- A competitive salary of up to £35,000

37.5 hours per week on a 3-week rotational shift pattern.
