Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our Property Team in Bristol/Gloucester locality. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for completing plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to our properties in line with work schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks to our properties, including repairs to domestic plumbing installations, installation of replacement sanitary ware and baths, and installation of new pipe work.
- Install and repair water mains supplies, heating system pipe work, and drainage stop taps.
- Install and fix domestic appliances such as showers and washing machines.
- Maintain and renew cold water storage tanks.
- Work in occupied premises and provide excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years experience within this core trade.
- Experience of working in occupied premises and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices.
- Ability to use mobile technology such as iPad or PDA.
- Current CSCS card desirable.
