About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at ICEoxford. As a key member of our Production team, you will play a crucial role in the efficient assembly of products, leak testing of systems, and ensuring our high-quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products in line with our QA System and drawings, maintaining quality in line with company expectations.
- Leak test systems with helium.
- Perform Tig welding, hard and soft soldering of parts.
- Occasionally use manual lathe and mill.
- Book parts out of stores in line with correct procedure.
- Complete modification sheets as necessary.
- Actively work to improve products and increase efficiency of assembly processes.
- Supply information when required for Production QA Work Instructions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of build files/route cards.
- Identify tooling and equipment requirements to improve efficiency within assembly.
