Job Summary
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Peripatetic Nurse to join our team. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that on each shift, at every location, all of our residents receive the highest quality care.
- Travel across your region to deliver clinical care and support to our residents and care teams.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the physical and mental needs of our residents.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to care teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a current NMC registration.
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
- Strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks.
- Successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.
