About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Young Adults Worker to join our team at Forward Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and guidance to young adults in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to support young adults in their recovery journey.
  • Deliver interventions and workshops to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent substance misuse.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure the highest standards of care.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in youth work, substance misuse, and case management. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young adults and their families.

As a team player, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. You will also have a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young adults and be committed to delivering high-quality services.
